Anemarrhena asphodeloides 9g, Phellodendron chinense 10g, Rehmannia glutinosa 15g, Cornus officinalis 9g, Dioscorea opposita and Smilax glabra 15g each, Cirsium japonicum root 30g, Typha orientalis pollen 15g, Imperata cylindrica root 30g. Decocted in water, taken in two divided doses in the morning and evening, along with 1.5g of Panax notoginseng powder.

Honeysuckle and Forsythia, 24g each; Dandelion and Viola, 20g each; Rehmannia glutinosa, Angelica sinensis, Paeonia lactiflora, and Rubus idaeus, 15g each; Phellodendron chinense, Anemarrhena asphodeloides, and Gentiana scabra, 12g each; Placenta hominis powder (to be taken with water), 15g; Licorice root, 10g. Decoct in water and take one dose daily. Suitable for male infertility caused by pyospermia.
21. Artemisia annua, Cornus officinalis, and Astragalus membranaceus (processed) 20g each; Anemarrhena asphodeloides and Phellodendron chinense 12g each; Os draconis and Ostrea gigas 30g each; Astragalus complanatus 15g; Polygala tenuifolia and Acorus tatarinowii 12g each; Rehmannia glutinosa (processed) 15g. Decocted in water and taken orally, one dose per day.
22. Take 480 grams of leek seeds (soaked in wine and roasted), 60 grams of raw dragon bone (ground into powder), mix with wine and rice paste to form pills the size of a paulownia seed. Take 30 pills each time on an empty stomach with salt water.

Eat the deer penises and drink the broth, one dose daily for several days. This tonifies kidney qi and strengthens the spleen and stomach. It is suitable for infertility caused by poor sperm motility.
8. Ingredients: 15g each of Morinda officinalis and Cuscuta chinensis, 10g each of Cinnamomum cassia and Cistanche deserticola, 20g of dog penis, 100g of mutton, appropriate amounts of Sichuan peppercorns, ginger, cooking wine, MSG, lard, and salt. Preparation: Place the Morinda officinalis, Cuscuta chinensis, and Cistanche deserticola in a gauze bag, tie the opening, and set aside. Soak the dog penis in water until it swells, wash it, stir-fry it in oil until crisp, then soak it in warm water for half an hour. Place it in a pot of boiling water with the washed mutton. After the water boils, add Sichuan peppercorns, ginger, cooking wine, and cinnamon. Simmer over low heat until the mutton is about 70% cooked. Add the herb bag to the pot and continue simmering. Once the dog penis and mutton are tender, remove them, cut them into pieces, place them in a bowl, and season with MSG, salt, and lard. Eat the meat and drink the soup. This is a tonic for virility and kidney tonification. It can treat infertility caused by low sperm motility.
9. Prepared Rehmannia root, Dioscorea opposita, Rubus idaeus, Lycium barbarum, Cuscuta chinensis, 15g each; Jujube peel, 10g; Alisma plantago-aquatica, 12g. Place all seven ingredients in a clay pot, add an appropriate amount of water, and decoct. Drink the decoction twice daily, morning and evening. This remedy benefits the kidneys and promotes sperm production. It is suitable for infertility caused by abnormal semen and kidney essence deficiency.
10. Take 15 grams each of Cibotium barometz, Rosa laevigata, and Lycium barbarum, and 200 grams of lean dog meat. Wash and cut the dog meat into pieces, then put it in a pot with the Cibotium barometz, Rosa laevigata, and Lycium barbarum. Add an appropriate amount of water and simmer for 40 minutes. Eat the meat and drink the soup. This remedy tonifies the kidneys and strengthens yang. It can be used as an adjunct treatment for infertility; regular consumption yields good results.
11. One pair of lamb kidneys, 12 grams of Cistanche deserticola, 10 grams each of Rehmannia glutinosa and Lycium barbarum, and 8 grams of Morinda officinalis. Wash the lamb kidneys, dice them, and put them in a pot with the Cistanche deserticola, Lycium barbarum, and Morinda officinalis. Add an appropriate amount of water and simmer for 60 minutes until the kidneys are tender. Eat the meat and drink the soup. Once a day. This remedy is for strengthening yang and tonifying the kidneys. It can be used as an adjunct treatment for infertility.
12. Ingredients: 15g ginseng, 15g rehydrated shiitake mushrooms, 20g yam, 20g astragalus root, 5 sparrow heads, 1 hen, and appropriate seasonings. Preparation: Clean the chicken and sparrow heads, remove feathers, and place them in a pot with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook until 70% done. Add astragalus root, yam, shiitake mushrooms, scallions, ginger, salt, and cooking wine. Reduce heat and simmer until tender. Soak the ginseng in boiling water and steam for half an hour. Consume the soup, eat the meat, and chew the ginseng. This dish strengthens the spleen and stomach and replenishes kidney qi. Suitable for those with poor sperm motility due to spleen and kidney qi deficiency.
